RULET (Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test) is a university-level exam conducted by University of Rajasthan for admitting aspirants into five-year integrated law programme. The University offers 120 seats for the program. University of Rajasthan ULET 2019 Important Dates Date of Notification: 20th May 2019 Forms Available Online: 21st May 2019 Last Date for Submission of Forms (Online): 20th June 2019 Last Date for Submission of Hard Copy and Original Documents: 12th to 21st June 2019 Online Availability of Admit Card: 25th June 2019 Date of Written Examination ULET-2019: 30th June 2019 (Tuesday, 09.30 am to 11.00 pm) Answer key made available on University Website: 30th June 2019 Submission of Representation by Examinees Regarding Answer Key: 01st & 02nd July 2019 Display of Revised Key: 04th July 2019 Declaration of Result of ULET: 06th July 2019 RULET Eligibility Nationality One should be citizens of India in order to be eligible for the law entrance test. Educational qualification One should have cleared Class 12 exams and secure no less than 50% aggregate marks. It should be noted that minimum aggregate required for one belonging to SC/ ST category is 45%. One appearing for the final exam of 10+2 level is also eligible. Application Process One may apply online only by registering on the University website. On successful registration, one will get the ID and Password which should be used for filling the online application form. One needs to upload recent passport size photograph. The dates of GD and PI will be dispatched with the admission card and shall be available on university website also. RULET Admit Card Candidates can download the admit card from the official website itself. Candidates have to carry admit card on the day of examination. Selection Procedure After publishing the entrance exam result, the merit list will be announced. The ranks will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of performance in entrance test or qualifying exam. After the publication of merit list candidates will be called for the counselling procedure. At the time of counselling, one has to select the choices for the colleges as per preferences. Seats will be allotted on the basis of rank secured and availability of seats. One needs to report to the assigned institution with seat allotment letter for final admission. RULET Result After the written exam candidates will be called for a GD-PI round. The admissions will be on the basis of the final result of RULET which is based on the written and the GD-PI round for a total of 300 marks. RULET Counselling RULET admission started through offline mode. Rajasthan University will prepare an admission list and publish online The names of those candidates included in the list need to appear for counselling The fee counselling amount is to be deposited through Bank draft/ challan. Also carry the original and photocopy of documents such as- 12th class mark sheet, Transfer certificate, Character certificate, Caste certificate, three passport size photographs, and proof of date of birth. RULET Exam Pattern Mode of Examination – RULET will be conducted in offline mode. Duration: The test is of 2 hours (120 minutes) Type of Questions – The question paper of RULET consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Total Number of Questions – The test consists of 200 questions. Maximum Marks – RULET 2020 is a total of 200 marks exam. Sections – Language Ability, Legal Reasoning, General Knowledge, General Science, and Social Studies Marking Scheme: One is allotted 1 mark for every correct answer, there is no negative marking RULET Syllabus The syllabus for RULET will be based on Higher Secondary or equivalent level.
