DHSGSU PGET (Doctor Harisingh Gour University Post Graduation Entrance Test) is an entrance test conducted by Doctor Harisingh Gour University for admission to various PG programmes like MSc, MA, M Com, MBA, MJ, M Lib ISc, MSW, MPA (Theatre Art), MTech (Applied Geology), M Pharm, MEd, MCA, LLM offered by the University. DHSGSU PGET 2019 Exam Dates Submission of Online application 15th March 2019 Last date for submission of online application 19th April 2019 Editing in the Application form 16th to 19th April 2019 Only Sports Quota candidates/sports persons must submit the hard copy of the online submitted form along with self-attested copies of relevant certificates 25th April 2019 Admit card 9th May 2019 Dates of Entrance Test 16th, 17th, 18th May 2019 Display of Answer Key 20th to 23rd May 2019 Date of PG First counselling 24th June 2019 Dates of UG First counselling 25th, 30th June 2019 Orientation Programme for new students 01st July 2019 Date of PG Second counselling 08th July 2019 Date of UG Second counselling 10th to 13th July 2019 DHSGSU PGET Eligibility Criteria One should have completed the graduation (10+2+3) from a known university, board/ institution in order to get admission in the institution. One must have achieved a minimum 45% of the score in graduation exam (40% marks in case of reserved category applicants). One appearing for the final exam in the current year is also eligible to apply for the entrance exam. Subject-wise Eligibility Requirements M.Sc/M.A./M.Com./M.B.A./M.J./MSW/M. Performing Arts (Theatre Arts): One must have passed 10+2+3 and should have secured 45% marks it. The minimum marks for SC/ST candidates are 40%. However, the qualifying exam should have been passed from a recognized institute. The maximum age should not be more than 27 years (32 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates). For M.J, the maximum age limit will be 35 years for Unreserved Category and OBC. For SC/ ST/PwD it is 40 years. M.Tech. (Appl. Geology): During graduation, one of the major subjects should have been Geology. The aggregate CGPA of the candidate should be at least 45%. (40% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) The maximum age should not be more than 27 years (32 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates) M. Pharm: One must have been graduated from B.Pharm, with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD). One should also possess a valid GATE/GPAT scorecard. The maximum age of should not be more than 27 years (32 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates) M.C.A: Graduation in any subject will be acceptable but candidates must have had Mathematics in 10+2. The minimum marks in graduation should be more than 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates). The maximum age of should not be more than 27 years (32 years for SC/ST/PC candidates/PwD) LL.M: It is mandatory to pass LL.B. 3 years after graduation under 10+2+3 pattern or one should have passed 5 year LL.B under 10+2+5 pattern. The required minimum marks are 50% but for SC/ST/PwD category candidates it is 45%. Maximum age limit is 35 years but it is 40 years for one belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories. M. Ed: One should have graduated with 50% marks in B.Ed./B.A.-B.Ed./B.Sc. B.- Ed/B.El.Ed. /D.El.Ed. For SC/ST/PwD, relaxation of 5% will be given on the marks. Maximum age limit is 35 years but it is 40 years for one belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories. M.Lib.I.Sc: One should have graduated in B.Lib.I.Sc, with 50% marks. SC/ST candidates with more 45% mark, in B.Lib.I.Sc, are eligible. Maximum age limit is 35 years but it is 40 years for one belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories. DHSGSU PGET Application Form One needs to fill the application form from the website. One needs to register on the official website by providing some details like date of birth, fathers name, working mobile number, email Id, name, etc. After that one need to open the application form. And then start filing the form by providing the necessary details - personal, educational, contact, course-related details and some more additional details. One needs to upload some necessary documents in the application form in given format and size. Then one needs to take a printout of the duly filled application form. Then pay the application fee and submit the duly filled application form DHSGSU Application Fee General/OBC/PC - Rs. 800/- SC and ST - Rs. 400/- If one applies for more than one programme then the fee for each additional programme will be Rs. 400 for Unreserved/OBC, PC candidates and Rs. 200 for SC and ST candidates. DHSGSU PGET Admit Card To appear for the entrance exam, it is important to carry the admit card and to get the admit card one need to visit the official website of the university to download it and take some copies of the same. DHSGSU PGET Result Official authorities will announce the result in online mode on the official website of the university. After that, one needs to login to the website using the login credentials and download the result.
