House Building Advance can be sanctioned to the Premanent Central Govt Railway Servants:

Rate of Interest Details :-

the Amount sanctioned upto Rs 50,000 – Rate is 7.5%

Amount sanctioned upto Rs 1- 50 lakhs – Rate is 9%

Amount sanctioned upto Rs 5 lakhs - Rate is 11%

Amount sanctioned upto Rs 12 lakhs – Rate is 12 %
