hii sir, I wants to know Rules and Regulation of the National Defence Academy will you please provide me the Rules and Regulation of the National Defence Academy ?

The National Defence Academy is the Joint Services academy of the Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of the three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force

The rules and Regulation of the National Defence Academy are given below


LIFE MEMBERSHIP

Ex-NDA who has passed out of NDA and is a serving officer /retired/discharged under normal course.

Widows of deceased Ex-NDA and would not be charged any annual subscription. She will however have no voting rights.

A life member shall have the right to attend all General Body Meetings of the Association and to vote.

AGM

Annual General Meetings of the Association shall be held once each year in at such time and place as the Governing council (Central) may decide .

A notice of not less than forty five days shall be given for the Annual General In preparing the agenda for the Annual General Meeting, the Governing Council (Central) shall have the right to:-

Determine the order in which the business included in the agenda is to be considered.

Co-Ordinate into one or more resolutions, items covering the same subject wholly or in part.

Reject any motion which may be considered inconsistent with the aims and objects of the Association or irregular or out of order.

Frame and introduce any resolution which may be considered necessary for consideration of the General body.
