Frames Per Second CCSU
I heard that Frames Per Second (FPS) is produced by the Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) . What is the motive of this program ? How is helpful for filmmakers and TV schedule ? Please provide me full detail about Frames Per Second ??

Frames Per Second is program produced by the CCSU Media Technology Department. The goal of the program is to highlight and feature local filmmakers.
