MHT CET Exam Application Form Dates

MHT CET is the primary engineering entrance examination hold by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra for admissions into first year degree courses .

Important Dates:
MHT CET admissions will be based on JEE Main exam.
JEE Main 2014 Exam Date : 06th April, 2014 & 09th, 11th, 12th & 19th April, 2014

Eligibility Criteria:
Students must have passed class XII or equivalent examination.
Candidates must be passed in 5 subjects at least in qualifying exam as well according to MHT CET 2014.

The Applicants who have passed with 4 subjects in 2012 or 2013 are eligible as well.
Only three max attempts are allowed for JEE Main 2014.

Exam Pattern:
Questions will be comprises of maths, physics & chemistry.
No mark will be cut for unstamped question.
Paper shall be organized in online as well as offline mode.
There shall be three sections of equal marks weightage.
Questions will be of objective type where one correct option is to be selected from the given set.
For each wrong answer, ¼ mark will be deducted.
