Can you tell me about the admission process in B. Tech in Uttarakhand Technical University?

There is no exam for admission in B Tech in Uttarakhand Technical University. Admissions are through JEE Main Scores and are conducted at the State Level.

Uttarakhand B.Tech Admission 2014 Eligibility Criteria:
• Applicants applying for Uttarakhand Engineering Admissions 2014 must have passed 10+2 examination from recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects- Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science or Biology.
• Applicants shall secure at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC category candidates) in the above subjects taken together.

Uttarakhand 2014 B.Tech Admission Selection Procedure:
Applicants will be selected on the basis of JEE Main scores.

Uttarakhand B.Tech Admission 2014 Counseling Process:
• Counseling for Uttarakhand Engineering Admissions will be conducted in 2 rounds.
• Applicants must pay the Counseling fee, register and fill their choices.
• The Seat Allotment will be done on the basis of the JEE Main scores and the choices filled in by the applicants
• Applicants must there after report for the admissions after their document verification is completed.
