As you want I am here providing you detail of rules for examination of Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT).

Rules for examinations:

Each discipline consists of the following four types of exams :
Theory exam
Practical exam
Sessional exam
Project exam

At the end of each semester, there shall be an examination conducted by the University.

Back paper examinations, shall be held with the normal end semester examination.

There shall be a Special examination after the 8th semester examination for 7th and 8th semester subjects.

Students with backlogs shall clear their backlog subjects along with regular students of lower semester(s) in subsequent year or in the same year if a subject is offered in both terms.
