Sir I want to join CBI and I have done my BCA so please can you give me the procedure to become a CBI and CID officer?

As you required the process for join CBI or CID so here I am providing you the same. Eligibility for CBI To be eligible for becoming an ASI in CBI person should hold a Bachelor degree in any Discipline. Age 20 to 27 Physical Standard Height For men -165cms. For women -150cms Chest 76cms Distant Vision: 6/6 in one and 6/9 in other eye. NearVision: 0.6 in one eye and 0.8 in other eye Exam Pattern General Studies 100 Marks 3Hr. English 100 Marks 2Hr. 20 Min. Arithmetic 200 Marks 4Hr. Language 100 Marks 2Hr. 20 Min. Communication Skill and writing 200 Marks 2Hr. 20 Min CID For the CID officer you need to take part in civil service examination. Eligibility for Civil Service Exam The Candidates applying for the Civil Services Exam should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility condition for admission to examination. Nationality A citizen of India, or A subject of Nepal, or A subject of Bhutan, or A Tibetan refugee who came over to India with the intention of permanently settling in India. Or A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Srilanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Age 21 to 30 Civil Services Syllabus Paper 1 Current events of national and international importance History of India and Indian national movement Indian and World Geography- physical, social, economic geography of India and the world Indian Polity and governance – constitution, political system, panchayati raj, public policy, Rights issues, etc. Economic and social development – sustainable development, poverty, inclusion, demographics, social sector initiatives etc. General issues on environmental ecology, bio-diversity and climate change-that donot require subject specialization General science.
