NDA How to Join

To join NDA (National Defence Academy) as a soldier, do I have to clear an entrance exam too? As I am just 12th pass so still I can sit for the NDA (National Defence Academy) exam for a soldier? Also tell me about the eligibility required for a soldier in Army in India?

Can you tell me how can I join National Defence Academy (NDA) as I want to join it and serve my motherland, please help me with this?

The National Defence Academy (NDA) is the joint services academy of the Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of - Army, Navy and Air Force train before they go on to pre-commissioning training in their respective service academies. The Academy is located in Khadakwasla near Pune, Maharashtra.

To join NDA one must appear in the entrance exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission. The exam is conducted twice a year, normally in month of March and August. To join one must pass written followed by SSB, medicals and finally to be in merit list.

12th Class of 10+2 System of Education/Equivalent for Army and with Physics and Maths for AF/Navy
