UPCPMT Declaration Form

Can you tell when and where is Declaration Form used in UPCPMT - Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test as I am very confused about it?

UPCPMT is a common entrance exam conducted by the Uttar Pradesh government in order to give admission into first year of various medical courses (MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS & BUMS) in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It is organized by the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University.

UPCPMT Declaration Form

The candidates can apply for UPCPMT only online. There is no offline Process of filling the UPCPMT Application Form.

Online Mode:
Candidates may apply through online mode by visiting the official website.
Candidates have to enter their 10 digits mobile number as login id and date of birth as password.

One need to keep scanned Photo and scanned Declaration Form ready before starting online application process

One has to download the declaration form, fill the required fields and then scan and upload it at the time of filling the application form for UPCPMT 2016 whenever it is available.

UPCPMT Exam Pattern

Duration:
3 hours duration

Number of question:
200 questions, all questions are of objective type.

Language:
UPCPMT Question Paper will available in both Hindi and English language for the convenience of the students. After writing the examination students will not be allowed to take the UPCPMT Question paper with them.

UPCPMT consist of 50 questions from each subjects: Zoology, Botany, Chemistry and Physics.

Each question will carry 1 mark

Negative Marking:
There will be no negative marking in UPCPMT.
