UPCPMT (Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical Test) is a type of state level entrance test conducted by Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University (CSMMU), Lucknow.

The UPCPMT is being conducted every year for admission to various medical and dental courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS offered by various government recognized Dental / Medical / Homeopathic / Ayurvedic colleges of Uttar Pradesh.

Application form available from 20 Oct 2015
Last Date of Application form submission 30 Apr 2016 (Saturday)
Date of Entrance Examination 14 May 2016 (Saturday)

Procedure to get the UPCPMT Challan Form:

Candidates first need to login to official website of UPCPMT and have to open the application form mentioned there.

After this candidates are required to take the printout of Challan format from the official website of UPCPMT.

Candidate then need to go to Bank and pay the required fee according to their category(SC/ST/General/OBC)

In Bank candidates will get Challan receipt and then they are required to enter the challan number while filling the online application form.


Candidates are advised to visit the official site and there they have to fill the information like
Registration number,
Date of birth, to download the form
