As I want to apply for the UPCPMT exam so please tell me from when the admission form of this exam will available?

UPCPMT stands for Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical Test

It is a state level medical examination for admission to various UG level medical courses offered by many government and private medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh.

The exam is conducted by the Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhayaya University (DDU), Kanpur.

Tentative Dates
Start date of Download the Application Form – third week of March 2016
Last date of filling Application Form – third week of April 2016
Date of downloading the Admit Card – first week of May 2016
Date of examination – third week of May 2016
Date of Result – third week of June 2016
Date of first state of counselling – last week of June 2016

Eligibility:
Candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent exam from recognized board with Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English.

Candidate must have cross the minimum age of 17 years

Exam Pattern:
The paper will have Multiple Choice questions from classes XI and XII

The exam will be on these subjects
Physics
Chemistry
Botany
Zoology

There will be 50 MCQ questions per subject.
