AIPMT Declaration Form
Please give me the Self Declaration Form of the AIPMT exam so I can fill the form to get admission in MBBS course and also tell me about the documents required to submit the with the AIPMT Self Declaration application Form? Thanks for your assistance,

Can you tell me if it is compulsory for J &K student to be eligible to apply for AIPMT, now National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG on the basis of self-declaration only?

CBSE is the conducting authority which organizes the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG examination every year in various cities across India. NEET exam is the only gateway for admissions into medical & dental UG courses offered by various government and private medical colleges of the country. Mostly all medical institutions consider NEET score for providing admission in MBBS/BDS courses. Yes, it is compulsory for J &K student to be eligible to apply for AIPMT, now National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG on the basis of self-declaration only. Eligibility Criteria 2018 Nationality: One must be an Indian citizen. OCIs/NRIs/PIOs/FNs candidates are also eligible to apply. J&K: One is eligible for All India 15% quota only (also eligible for admission in AFMC, Pune) on the basis of self-declaration. Aadhaar Card Requirement: Now adhaar card is not mandatory to fill the NEET application form. Age Limit: One must born on or between 07.05.1993 and 01.01.2002 for General category. One must born on or between 07.05.1988 and 01.01.2002 for SC/ST/OBC/PwD category. Qualification: One should have qualified 12th or equivalent exam. Subjects in 12th Class should be Chemistry, Physics, and Biology/Biotechnology with English as a compulsory subject. 10+2 appearing students are also eligible to apply. In the qualifying exam (PCB group), one should have obtained at least 50% marks for general, 45% marks for general-PH and 40% marks for SC/ST & OBC. NEET 2018 Exam Dates Application form release 8th February 2018 (Released) Last date for filling the application 12th March 2018 (5:30 PM) (Extended) Last date to submit the application fee 13th March 2018 (11:50 PM) Correction Window Open 15th to 17th March 2018 Release of admit card 17th April 2018 (Released) Exam date 6th May 2018 (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM) Result announcement 5th June 2018 1st Round Counselling starts 12th June to 24th June 2018 |
