Eligibility:
Candidates must have passed graduation with minimum of 50% for the general ones and 45% for the reserved ones

Exam pattern:
The duration of entrance test will be of 2 hours.

Test paper will consist of 100 objective type questions from 5 sections namely Reading Comprehension, English Grammar & Usage, Analysis of Business Situation, Quantitative Ability and Data Sufficiency.

The question paper will have 5 alternatives to each question.

The Anna University of Tamil Nadu is conducting Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test every year. It invites applications from interested candidates who want to pursue PG courses.

Through this entrance examination candidates will get admissions into University Departments, University Colleges of Engineering, Regional Centers of Anna University, Government along with Government aided engineering colleges and Self-financing colleges of Tamil Nadu.

Important Dates in TANCET 2015

Applications for TANCET are available in online and at the centers from 1st week of February, 2015.

Last date for receipt of application forms in person and online is the 2nd week of February 2015.

Eligibility for TANCET

The Candidates applying for M.B.A. have to pass their graduation from Bachlor’s degree or equivalent examination in 10+2+3 format in any discipline from recognized university. Candidates have to possess minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation.
