Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is conducted by Anna University for admission to PG Courses Full time courses.


This is the list of courses under TANCET:

Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Computer Application (MCA),
Master of Technology (M.Tech),
Master of Engineering (ME),
Master in Architecture (M.Arch)
Master in Planning (M.Plan)


Eligibility:
The applicant should have completed graduation with good academic record from any recognized university of India.

Required documents at the time of registration:
Copy of class X or equivalent mark sheet
Copy of class XII mark sheet or 3 years Diploma certificate
Demand Draft in favour of The Secretary, TANCET, Anna University,’ payable at Chennai from any Nationalised Bank drawn on or after February 1, 2014
A copy of the permanent community certificate (card format) in case of SC/ST

HALL Ticket Issue Date: TANCET Hall ticket can be got during submission of application form itself.

Eligibility:
For admission in any PG Courses, candidates must have bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from the recognized University

TANCET Application Fees:
Rs 500 (Rs 250 for SC/ST)

Application Fee Payment Mode:
Cash or DD in favour of The Secretary, TANCET, Anna University,’ payable at Chennai drawn on or after the specified date

Selection process:
Selection will be on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written test.
