Here I am giving you information about required eligibility to apply for Non Creamy layer certificate for OBC (Other Backward Classes) below :


Eligibility:
You must fall in OBC Category
Parents Income should not exceed more than Rs.4,50,000 annually.


Parents, either of whom is a direct Class I officer or
Parents, both of whom are direct Class II officers or
Parents of whom only the father is a direct Class II officer and he gets into Class I at the age of 40 or earlier
In military, colonel and above.
All the government servants ether than the above four fall in Non Creamy Layer.


Before 6th payment council the income for non creamy layer certificate was
2.5 lakhs. According to the previous recommendation made by the OBC Commission, the ceiling was kept at Rs 12 lakh per annum for urban areas and Rs 9 lakh for rural areas.


After 6th payment council it becomes 5 lakhs.
it means if your family income is less than 5 lakhs than you can obtain non creamy layer certificate ..
