As per my knowledge for write MAH-CET MBA exam
You should be graduates in any discipline from a recognized institute recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 45% for reserved category candidates and as you said you have complete your graduate that time doesn’t matter that you did HSC or not but you have to appear in CAT exam its necessary for take admission in MBA program

Selection Criteria:

Selection made through counseling process
Where DTE conducts a common Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds for the short listed candidates.

MAH CET 2014 Exam: Saturday, March 15, 2014 and Sunday, March 16, 2014
Last date of MAH CET 2014 Registration: February 14, 2014
MAH CET 2014 Hall Ticket Download: March 6, 2014
MAH CET 2014 Result: April 21, 2014
Document verification: May 12, 2014
Provisional Merit List: May 26, 2014
Final Merit List: June 2, 2014
