Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) conducts LIC AAO Exam for recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officer AAO post. LIC AAO Eligibility Criteria Bachelor degree in any discipline from a university or institute recognized by Parliament or State Legislature Candidate’s age must be between 21 years and 30 years. Candidates of the reserved category will be offered appropriate relaxation in their upper age. All Indian nationals can apply LIC AAO Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in the on-line test followed by a personal interview of short listed candidates and subsequent Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination. 1. Online Test: On-line test will be of objective type, multiple choice of two hours duration comprising of the following: a. Reasoning Ability b. Quantitative Aptitude c. General Knowledge, Current Affairs d. Computer Knowledge e. English Language with Special emphasis on Grammar, Vocabulary and Comprehension. LIC AAO Examination Pattern Candidates will have to appear in the online objective test. The test will comprise of 160 questions of 300 marks. The total time duration to solve the question paper will be of 2 hours. Questions in the examination will be from five different sections (viz. Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, English Language and Computer Knowledge). There will be penalty for the wrong answers in the examination. 1/4th marks will be deducted as penalty for each wrong answer given by the candidates.
