The Joint Entrance Exam will be conducted in two stages - JEE Main and JEE Advanced. JEE (Main) replaced the AIEEE entrance exam and JEE (Advanced) replaced the IIT-JEE entrance exam.

IIT Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced (JEE-Advanced), formerly the Indian Institutes of Technology-Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE), is an academic examination held annually in India.

It is conducted by one of the seven zonal IITs (IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, and IIT Guwahati)

Through JEE Advanced, candidates can secure admissions to the following courses:

4-year Bachelors - BTech, BS
5-year BArch
5-year Dual Degree - BTech, MTech, BS, MS
5-year Integrated Masters - MTech, MSc, Dual Degree
