Through IAS exam you will get group 1 posts such as deputy collector , Cabinet Secretary, Under Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary and Secretary IAS officers have to control the administrative and governmental issues IPS Stands for Indian Police Services. PS Officers come under the police department and they have to IPS officers work is to maintain law and order in any district or state where they are posted. There is physics standard required for IPS exam but IAS exam does not required high physical standard .
