GPSC stands for Gujarat public service commission. It carries out entrance exams to select eligible students for various State Government jobs. The examination is mainly conducted for the recruitment to various Civil services of Gujarat State.


Qualification Criteria for the GPSC Entrance Exam

• The students must be graduates.
• It is important that the students should produce the qualifying examination certificate from a certified University.
• Candidate should be minimum of 21 years and should not be more than 28 years.


Application Procedure of the GPSC Entrance Exam

Candidates who are likely to apply for the entrance exam should purchase the form from the authorized website. Students should duly filled in applications and should sent it to the official address of Gujarat Public Service Commission before the last date.

Structure and Pattern of the GPSC Entrance Exam

GPSC paper contains two sections.
• The first part comprises of a preliminary test. It includes multiple choice questions. Technical and general studies questions will be included in the first session.
• The second paper is a descriptive part. In that question will be asked on English, Gujarati and also from the technical side.
• Both the sessions will be for 200 marks.
• The candidates who pass the entrance exam will be subjected to an interview. According to the performance in the interview, they will be admitted to the various designations.
