Yes, of course degree students eligible for direct registration of IPCC exam.

ICAI has exempted Graduates with more than 55% marks from appearing for CPT and they can directly appear for IPCC Exams after 9 months of articleship.

Tentative dates for 2015:

May Attempt
1st September of the previous year

November Attempt
1st March of the same year

Yes you are eligible for the IPCC. The ICAI has implemented new IPCC direct entry schemes for graduates who are exempted CA CPT Exams. They will be able to get direct entry in Intermediate – IPCC Course Under direct entry scheme.

Eligibility:

Commerce Graduates have 55%

And other graduates have 60%

There are 3 level in CA which candidate need to clear for being Chartered Accountant.

There are three stages in CA

Common Proficiency Test(CPT)
IPCC ( 2 GROUPS)
Final examination

Subjects (IPCE)

Accounting
Law, Ethics and Communication
Cost Accounting and Financial Management
Taxation
Advanced Accounting
Auditing and Assurance
Information Technology and Strategic Management

Duration of Chartered Accountancy course for graduates - 2.5 YEARS minimum.

Fee of Chartered Accountancy course - 40000/-
