IPCC Registration Date

Can you tell me the Last date to register for IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course) in CA as I want to take admission in it?

IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course) is the first stage of the Chartered Accountancy curriculum in which only working knowledge of core and allied subjects to accountancy profession is covered. The CA course is conducted by ICAI.

Last Date to submit IPCC Registration Form for May 2015 Exams:
On or before 1 September 2014

A Student can appear for CA IPCC Exams after 8 Months of having submitted the IPCC Registration Form. The IPCC Registration Forms are accepted throughout the year. Its Exams are held only twice every year – i.e. in the month of May and November every year.

May Attempt 1st September of the previous year
November Attempt 1st March of the same year

Subjects for Study in Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Course

Six subjects and Seven Papers of study in Intermediate (IPC) Course are –

Group I

Paper 1: Accounting (100 marks)

Paper 2: Business Laws, Ethics and Communication (100 marks)

Part I: Business Laws (60 marks) comprising Business Laws (30 marks) Company Law (30 marks)

Part II: Ethics (20 marks)

Part III: Communication (20 marks)

Paper 3: Cost Accounting and Financial Management (100 marks)

Part I: Cost Accounting (50 marks)

Part II: Financial Management (50 marks)

Paper 4: Taxation (100 marks)

Part I: Income-tax (50 marks)

Part II: Service Tax (25 marks) and VAT (25 marks)

Chartered Accountancy course is consist of 3 phases, i.e. 1st
CPT (Common proficiency test)
IPCC (Integrated professional competence course)
CA Final

So after clearing CPT examination, CA aspirant need to enroll for CA IPCC

To get enrolled in CA IPCC, you need to register with ICAI for IPCC again.

For May Attempt
1st September of the previous year

For November Attempt
1st March of the same year

Documents required :
Demand Draft/Pay in Order to Intermediate (IPC) Course registration fee.

Attested copy of 12th pass or its equivalent exam .

Graduation/Post Graduation marks statements or Intermediate level examination pass statement.
