Anna University is a technical university. It is situated in Tamil Nadu, India. The main campus in situated in Guindy, Chennai. The Government of Tamil Nadu established the Anna University of Technology on 4 September 1978 through Tamil Nadu Act 30 of 1978.

Total quality management (TQM) consists of organization-wide efforts to install and make a permanent climate in which an organization continuously improves its ability to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.

INTRODUCTION TO QUALITY
One of the important issues that business has focused on in the last two decades is “quality”. The other issues are cost and delivery.
