Here I am giving you information about required age limit and eligibility for deck cadet posts in merchant navy below ..

Deck cadet –
Age Limit : 16-25 Years

Eligibility :
You have to pass a diploma in Nautical Science.
The minimum education qualification is 10+2 with P.C.M (Physics, Chemistry and Math) as compulsory subjects and you must scored minimum 50% in aggregate and 50% in English at 12th level.

Medical Standards:
Candidates should be physically and Mentally strong, fit for sea-services under standard norms

Eye-Sight :
6/6 without glasses,
No color Blindness.
