Yes, mark sheet is necessary document for IBPS Bank PO exam interview.

Here is the list of documents required for IBPS common written examination (CWE) for PO Exam:

System generated printed online application form.
School Mark Sheets (X and XII)
Photocopy of University Final Degree Passing Certificate (Convocation)
Year-wise / semester-wise mark sheet for each year / semester
Computer course passing certificate
Copy of online application form submitted to IBPS for applying for the written test.
Work Experience Certificate in case if you have mentioned
Original fees payment receipt
Valid IBPS Score card
Caste/PWD certificates as applicable
Photo Identity Proof
3 to 4 copies of photos

As per my knowledge you may not apply for the Bank PO Examiantion It is very important that one must have completed his or her graduation with an overall
percentage of 55% or above to be eligible to apply for PO posts in banks.

Completion of Graduation is referred to Award of Degree. Hence, you can apply for the
PO posts only after the award of Degree (i.e., only after receipt of all certificates)

As you wanted to bank Po Examinations here I am giving you the details of the bank PO Examinations .


Eligibility

Nationality
A candidate must be one of the following:
A citizen of India
A subject of Nepal or Bhutan
A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 01/01/1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India


Age Limit

Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 30 yearsi.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1985 and not later than 01.07.1995 (both datesinclusive)

Relaxation of upper age limit

3. Educational Qualification (As on 01.08.2015):
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalentqualification recognized as such by the Central Government.The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / sheregisters and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
