Go to the official website of the Abhyudaya Bank

On this page at the left side there will be section of “Online Banking”

From this section click on “Housing Loan”

Than you will get the online form of it

Enter all the details in the form and than click on “Submit”

Than your form will be submitted

Maximum amount of Rs. 70.00 Lakh

Eligibility
Any Individual (Businessman, Professional, Self- Employed, Salaried Person having Regular source of Income)

Property should be in the name of Applicant.

The Co-applicant is necessary for Housing Loans.

A) Eligibility as per Agreement Value
Loan Amount Loan Eligibility
Up to Rs.25.00 Lakh 85% of the Agreement value
Above Rs.25.00 Lakh 80% of the Agreement value
