Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board had invited application for the Teacher Eligibility Test

Name of Examinations

UP-TET I:
Language Teacher Eligibility for Primary Level (Class I-V)
Teachers for Primary Level (Class I-V)

UP-TET II:
Language Teacher Eligibility for High School Level (Class VI-VIII)
Teachers for High School Level (Class VI-VIII)

Educational Qualification
UPTET Primary level class I- V: Interested candidates must have Degree with D.Ed
UP-TET High School level class VI- VIII: Interested candidates must have Degree with (B.Ed/ BTC)

Language Teacher Eligibility for Primary Level (Class I-V) : Interested candidates must have Degree in relevant subject with D.Ed/ NTT for Pre Primary (Class I-V)

Language Teacher Eligibility for High School level (Class VI-VIII): Interested candidates must have PG in relevant subject along with B.Ed/ BTC/ Diploma in Teaching

Examination Fee
General Interested Candidates: Rs.300
SC/ST Interested Candidates: Rs.150

Interested candidates have to apply online through the website on or before 21st Jan, 2014.

Hey buddy the latest detail for the Uttar Pradesh TET Exam is that the exam dare has been set and it is going to be held in the month of February 2nd 2016 I am givng yout the other important dates below

Time table for UPTET 2015/2016

Date of Exam 02/02/2016

Upper Primary Level – 10 AM to 12.30 PM

Primary Level – 2.30 PM to 5.00 PM

Answer Key on the Official Website 08/02/2016

Results 27/03/2016

Qualifying Certificate/Marksheet Will Reach at DIET 30/04/2016


Mode of selection

Selection of the contenders will be made on the basis of Merit list. Merit list will be prepared by organization on the basis of marks obtained in UPTET written Exam

Validity of UP TET Exam Score Card:

Board provides score card/ rank card after completion of written Exam (on the basis of marks obtained by candidates). Scorecard will be valid until next UPTET Exam will conduct.
