SLET is the State Level Eligibility Test

U.P. State Level Eligibility Test

C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur, conducts an Eligibility Test for University/College Lectures

The University Grants Commission, New Delhi has nominated C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur as an agency of Govt. of Uttar Pradesh to organise U.P. SLET exam

Generally the exam is conducted in the month of July

Eligibility:
Candidates must have secured at least 55% marks in Master's Degree are eligible for the test.
For SC/ST category candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in Master's Degree are eligible for the test

Candidates who are appearing in final year of Master Degree Examination may also apply for the test.

Subjects/areas of Arts & Humanities:
English, Hindi, Urdu, Sanskrit, Geography, History, Political Science, Education, Economics, Sociology, Philosophy, Psychology, Anthropology, Management, Library and Information Science, Law, Comq1erce, Home Science and Music.
