The IAS exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission every year. Eligibility Criteria: Desiring aspirants must have any graduate degree from any recognized University. Desiring aspirants who are in the final year are also eligible. Desiring aspirants age should be between 21 and 30 years. Number Of attempts Applicants are allowed a maximum of four attempts On the other hand, Applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories have no limit on the number of attempts and are also eligible to appear for the exam till 35 years. Applicants belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC) will get seven attempts. Exam Pattern IAS Exams are taken in three following phases.
