What is the UPSC Civil Services Exam eligibility criteria, & how many percentage required???

UPSC Civil Services Exam eligibility criteria are as given below:

There is no percentage criteria required for UPSC CSE.

NATIONALITY:
The candidates must be a citizen of India.
A citizen of Nepal or subject of Bhutan

EDUCATION:
The Candidates must have a degree from a State, Central or Deemed University, or
A degree from Correspondence or distant education,

AGE LIMIT:
The lower age limit is 21 years and upper age limit is 30 years.

NO. OF ATTEMPTS:
General category candidates and the OBC candidates that fall under Creamy Layer can make 4 attempts for the exam.

OBC category candidates can make 7 attempts.
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST category can make any number of attempts.
