Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil (KUST) was created as "Kano University of Technology" (KUT) in 2001. It is a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities. Its mission is to provide highly skilled manpower through research and training to meet the challenges of a fast changing world.

The University Library provides reading spaces to the entire University community

The University provides books on loan to staff and students.

E-Library services are provided to the entire University community.

Journals, reference materials, government publications and other research materials are also available in the library.

The Library services and usage are governed by the following rules and regulations:

Noise making or disturbances are not allowed within the library premises.

Misuse and tearing of library materials are not allowed.

Eating or drinking inside the reading areas is prohibited.
