Applications were invited from candidates from Government Universities/ Scientific Organizations of State Govt./ Central Govt. for filling up of one post of Deputy Director (Technical), Biotechnology in Science & Technology Department Government of Odisha.
The Last Date for Receipt of the Application- 31st July, 2017 by 5.00 P.M

Qualification and Experience-

(i) Master degree in Biotechnology/ Bio-chemistry/ Bioscience and Ph. D in the relevant subject.

(ii) Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in teaching/research.
Scale of Pay

(i) The post carried Pay Scale of Rs.15600-39,100 + A.G.P. Rs.8000/-.

(ii) Other benefits like HRA, T.A., and Medical allowances etc. were provided as per rules and norms of Finance Department, Government of Odisha.

(iii) For in-service candidates, the pay and remuneration was fixed at the last pay drawn.

(iv) If the post was filled up on deputation basis from places like Government
Universities/ Scientific organisations of State Government/ Central Government, standard terms and conditions of deputation of State Government/ Central
Government shall be applied.
