Required Qualification to join Army

What are required qualification to join Indian Army, can you please provide here???

You can join Indian Army through two ways:

NDA (National Defence Academy)
CDS (Combined Defence Services)

NDA (National Defence Academy)
NDA examination is conducted by UPSC twice in a year namely NDA I and NDA II.

Wings Available:
• Indian Army
• Indian Air Force
• Indian Navy

Eligibility Requirements:

• Nationality: Indian
• Gender: Male
• Martial Status: Unmarried
• Age: 16.5 years to 19 years

• Educational Qualification:
For Indian Army:
Must have qualified 12th standard with any stream from a recognized Board or University or equivalent

For Indian Air Force:
Must have qualified 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized Board or University or equivalent

For Indian Navy:
Must have qualified 12th standard with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) stream from a recognized Board or University or equivalent.

CDS (Combined Defence Services)
CDS Examination is conducted by UPSC twice in a year for the recruitment to a large number of aspirants.

Wings Available:
• Indian Military Academy (IMA)
• Indian Air Force Academy
• Indian Naval Academy
• Officers' Training Academy (OTA)

Eligibility Requirements:

Nationality: Indian
Gender: Male
Martial Status: Unmarried

Age:
For Indian Military Academy:
19 years to 24 years

For Indian Air Force Academy:
19 years to 23 years

For Indian Naval Academy:
19 years to 22 years

For Officers' Training Academy:
19 years to 25 years

Educational Qualification:

For Indian Military Academy:
A degree from a recognized University or equivalent

For Indian Air Force Academy:
B.Sc with Physics and/or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering

For Indian Naval Academy:
B.Sc degree of a recognized University or equivalent with Physics and/or Mathematics as subjects or Bachelor of Engineering

For Officers' Training Academy:
A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.

Hey as The Indian Armed Forces are the military forces of the Republic of India. It consists of threeprofessional uniformed services: the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force

As per my idea you can join army by giving NDA and CDS exam

NDA ELIGIBILITY:

Candidate should be 12th passed in any stream with fair percentage of marks.

Candidate are also eligible while appeared/appearing in 12th.

Candidate should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

Candidate should an Indian Citizen.

Candidate should Unmarried(Male).


CDS ELIGIBILITY:

Candidate must hold Graduation degree in any stream with fair percentage of marks.

Candidate are also eligible while appeared/appearing in final year/sem of qualifying Exam.

Candidate should be in between 19 to 24 years.

Candidate should an Indian Citizen.

Candidate should Unmarried(Male).
