After Doing BSc PCM Qualification Required to join ISRO

No, Only after B.Sc PCM, you can not apply for ISRO exam.

Bcoz ISRO exam eligibility criteria are as given below;

Eligibility Required:

The applicant should have pass B.TECH /B.E/ MCA /M.TECH /P.HD

The minimum age required for getting jobs in this organization is 21 years.

The upper age limit for getting jobs in this organization is 32 years.

Your degree must be recognized from the state government or from the central government.

Marks Required
For general and backward classes there marks or percentage should be greater than 60%.
For sc/st candidates there marks should be greater then 55%.

The examination will be taken in three phases:-

Written test
Interview
Medical test
