Admission details for MASTER OF ARTS

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate pas a bachelor degree with Minimum of 2nd Division in any of the following:

Social Sciences; Business Administration; Maritime Discipline and other related Disciplines from a recognized University.

Minimum two years post-qualification working experience in Logistics or Maritime related organization.

NOTE:
Short listed candidates for the M. A. Program will write an examination on General Paper and attend a selection interview.

B.sc. Marine engineering
B. Sc. Electrical/electronic engineering (regular/week-ends)
B. Sc. Nautical science
B. Sc. Computer engineering
B. Sc. Ports and shipping administration (regular/week-ends)
B. Sc. Logistics management

General Admission Requirements

B.Sc. MARINE ENGINEERING/ B.Sc. ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING / B.Sc. NAUTICAL SCIENCE/ B.Sc. COMPUTER ENGINEERING

Candidates WASSCE/SSSCE holders who have credits in the following Three Core Subjects: English, Mathematics and Integrated Science plus credits (A1-C6) in Three Elective Subjects which must include Physics and Elective Mathematics with an aggregate score of 24 on the SSSCE Scale or 36 on the WASSCE scale or better.

GCE Holders:
Candidates have credit in at least five G.C.E ‘O’ Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics

NOTE:
Candidates for Nautical Science and Marine Engineering must equally meet the conditions for Cadetship training program
