Here I am giving you information about required minimum qualification and eligibility for the post of Senior section engineer and Junior engineer posts offered by railway recruitment board below : Eligibility for SR section engineer post Qualification: you have to passed a Degree in Engineering from a well recognized university Age limit: The age should not be more than 20-35 years Eligibility for JR engineer Qualification: you must passed a Diploma in engineering Age limit: The age should not be more than 18-33 years Sr.Section Engineer (Design)/Civil: Age criteria: 20 to 35 years. Education: Degree in Civil Engineering (OR) A four year course of B.Sc.(Engineering) Civil from a recognised Institution Sr.Section Engineer Electrical/ Electrical (GS): Education: You must passed Degree in Electrical/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics/ Electrical Power Systems/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Video Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control/ Industrial Electronics/ Mechanical/ Production/ Production Technology/ Industrial Engineering. Sr.Section Engineer (Design) Mechanical: Age criteria: 20 to 35.
