Re: Procedure to join CA after B.Com
You can pursue CA even after B.Com. After B.Com you can begin from IPCC level itself. The candidates who are graduates can directly apply for IPCC with out CPT. Such candidates are allowed exception from CPT exam. On qualifying in IPCC, you need to attend article ship training as well. The last level is final CA course. This can be attended only by those who clear IPCC and 3 year article ship training also. You have good specializations in this course like: Auditing, Cost accountancy, Accountancy, Taxation, you have to cross three stages to complete this course:’ stage1:-CPT (common proficiency test) stage2:-IPCC(integrated professional competence course) stage3:-articleship and final course |

Re: Procedure to join CA after B.Com
After completing your B.Com degree you can apply for CA course. This is a three level course; 1.Common proficiency 2.IPCC 3.Final exam The duration of the course is minimum 2.5 years. Subjects are; 1. Taxation 2.law ethics & communication 3.cost accounting & financial management 4. accounting 5.advanced accounting 6.information technology & strategic management 7.auditing &assurance As you are Interested to do the CA course. So I would like to tell you that, you don't have to give the CA-CPT examination. Now you have to appear in the examination which is known as IPCC as you have completed graduation . It is an entrance examination taken by the ICAI And after successfully cracking this entrance examination, applicants have to go for the CA-finals examination. And after successfully passing this applicants can complete your Charted accountancy course. |
