CPT is the abbreviated form of the Common Proficiency Test .CPT is the entry level course .The CPT Exam is held twice every year in the month of June and December. Minimum 50% Marks in Aggregate And 30% in Each Subjects. * Mercantile law - 40 marks * Accounts - 60 marks * Maths And Statics - 50 marks. * Economics - 50 marks * So passing marks will be 100 for 200 marks as the exam paper consists of 200 questions. Eligibility: Candidates must be pass in Class XII Exams. Exam pattern: CPT exam comprises of 4 Multiple Choice Papers. Subjects to be studied in CPT are as follows: Fundamentals of Accounting Mercantile Laws General Economics Quantitative Aptitude This test is of 200 marks. This duration will be of two hours There is negative marking for every wrong answer. Important Dates for CA CPT June, 2014 Examination: i) Commencement of Online filling of CPT Exam Form: 4th April, 2014 ii) Last date for acceptance of application forms: 25th April, 2014 |
