Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have at least of 50% marks in bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized College or correspondent CGPA (45% in circumstance of students of backward groups) belonging to Maharashtra State.

MHT CET is the engineering entrance examination arranges by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra for admissions into first year degree programs.

Important Dates:
MHT CET admissions depends on JEE Main exam.
JEE Main 2014 Exam Date : 06th April, 2014 & 09th, 11th, 12th & 19th April, 2014

Eligibility Criteria:
Willing Aspirants must have passed class XII or equivalent examination .
Applicants must be passed in 5 subjects at least in qualifying exam as well according to MHT CET 2014 .
The students who have passed with 4 subjects in 2012 or 2013 are eligible as well.
Only three max attempts are allowed for JEE Main 2014.

Exam Pattern:
Questions will be from maths, physics & chemistry.
For every wrong answer, ¼ mark will be deducted.
No mark will be cut for unattempted question.
Paper shall be in online as well as offline mode.
Questions will be of objective type where one correct option is to be selected from the given set.

Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) for the selection of undergraduate medical degree courses in all Gov/ Municipal Corporation, Gov. aided Health science institutions & private medical health science colleges/ institutions for academic year 2014-15. MH-CET .

Application forms will be available online for the month of January.
