IIT JAM is the Joint Admission Test to M.Sc (JAM) conducted by IIT’s And IISC jointly . Minimum Educational Qualifications for Admission through JAM : For M.Sc. Applied Geology (IITB, IITR)/ Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D. in Geology (IITKgp)/ M.Tech. Geological Technology (IITR): Bachelor's degree with Geology as a subject Any two subjects among Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biological Science. M.Sc. Applied Geophysics (IITB): Bachelor's degree with both Mathematics and Physics as subjects. M.Sc. Applied Statistics and Informatics (IITB)/ M.Sc. Statistics (IITK): Bachelor's degree with either Mathematics or Statistics as a subject M.Sc. Biotechnology (IITB, IITR): M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree in Biotechnology (IITB): Bachelor's degree in any branch of Science/ Agriculture / Pharmacy / Veterinary / Engineering / Medicine (MBBS). M.Sc.
