Indian Air Force has released notification for the recruitment of Airman in Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades vacancies for Unmarried Male Indian Citizens.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

Applicants age should be 21 years as on date of enrollment and should be born between 01-02-1995 to 30-06-1998 both days included.

Indian Air Force invites applications for the posts of Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades, for Automobile Technician, Ground Training Instructor (GTI) and Indian Air Force (Police) only Trades from the designated Districts of State of Chhattisgarh to become airmen.
Candidates can fill form before on 17 to 22 December 2015.

Eligibility criteria for Group ‘X’ (Technical):

Group ‘X’ (Technical)

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

Have 03 Years Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% marks in overall aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma or in Intermediate / Matriculation, If English is not a subject in Diploma Course.


Group ‘X’ & ‘Y’ (Both Technical and Non-Technical)

Candidates should be Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. If a candidate clears in all four subjects, he will be considered pass in Group ‘X’ and Group ‘Y’.

Diploma holders are eligible to appear only for Group ‘X’.

Candidates born between 1st August 1996 and 30th November 1999 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
