Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology was established back in the year of 2008 and it is an autonomous university in Delhi, India

It is considered as an "Institute of National Importance" by the Indian government's All India Council for Technical Education.

Library and Information Center of the Institute located in a separate building in its Campus.

The Library is fully automated using RFID Technology with EM Security System.

Library is full of huge collection of print and electronic resources in the area of Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, Mathematics and Statistics, Humanities and Social Sciences, Sciences etc. It subscribes renowned e-resources such as ACM Digital Library, Economic & Political Weekly, Elsevier Science Direct, IEEE/IET Electronic Library, JSTOR, F&T, SIAM, Springer, T&F, Wiley-Blackwell online Journals, Lecture Notes in Computer Science.
