I want to fill the IAS Prelims exam form? Please tell me what the Eligibility for that exam? also tell me about its paper pattern?

The IAS Prelims exam is conducted by UPSC. The duration for the Prelims exam is one day. You are asking for the Eligibility required for that exam. This is as follows: Eligibility for IAS Exam: Nationality: The applicant must be citizen of India (for IAS and IPS) Age Limit: Minimum 21 years (all categories) and Max 32 years (general category), 35 years (OBC), 37 years (SC and ST) Educational Qualification A degree (minimum) from a university recognised by UGC Number of Attempts: 6 for (general category) 9 for (OBC) No attempt limit till 37 years (SC/ST) Exam date: The IAS 2014 Exam or Civil Services Exam was held on 17th May 2014. IAS 2014 Prelims Pattern: General Studies Paper I Maximum marks : 200 Number of Questions : 100 Total Time : 120 minutes (02 hours) General Studies Paper II Maximum marks : 200 Number of Questions : 80 Total Time : 120 minutes (02 hours) |
