Here I am giving you information about Indian administrative service examination and Indian police service examination below : IAS exam : Educational Qualification :- You must complete graduation in any stream from a well recognized University.. Age - limits: 21-30 years as on 1st August of the year of Examination. General 21 to 30 OBC 21 to 33 SC/ST 21 to 35. IPS exam : Eligibility : You have to passed a graduate degree in any discipline of any well recognized of the Universities Age limit : Maximum age : Not more than 30 years of age.. One should be in the age group of 21-30 years to be eligible for this exam. -Relaxation is there in upper age limit upto 3 years for the candidates of OBC category. -Relaxation is there in upper age limit upto 5 years for the candidats of SC/ST category Physical requirement Height – Male 165 cm & ST (not the SC/ OBC) – 160 cm Female 150 cm & ST (not SC/ OBC)- 145 cm Chest – Male Minimum 84 cm. Expansion 5 cm. Female Min 79 cm expansion 5 cm. Vision Requirement for IPS Parameters Better eye (corrected vision) Worse eye Distant vision 6/6 or 6/9 6/12 or 6/9 Near vision J1 J2 Corrections permitted spectacles Color vision requirements High grade Exam pattern Scheme of CS (Preliminary) Examination The Preliminary Examination consists of two papers of objective type (multiple-choice questions) carrying a maximum of 400 marks.
