NALSAR University of Law is also known as National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR). It is a legal studies institution which is located in the city of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It was established in 1998. You are looking for the details regarding the preparation of the NALSAR CLAT exam. So I am providing it to you so that it may be helpful for you: Some of the Tips for cracking the exam: Complete the syllabus and revise it for two to three times Solve as many sample papers you can Refer studychacha regularly Paper pattern: The paper of the CLAT entrance test will carry 200 marks. The questions will be of the objective nature and the aspirants will have the opportunity to select the correct answer from the set that is provided to them. The duration of the exam is 2 hours. The questions of the exams will be from topics like: English Mathematics General Knowledge Logical Reasoning Legal Aptitude Each of these sections will carry 50 marks. Syllabus: The CLAT exam will be similar to the syllabus of class 12. The topic division is as follows: English - 40 questions: Antonyms Synonyms Comprehension Grammar and Its Usage Elementary Mathematics - 20 question: Short note questions and simple problems from elementary mathematics General Awareness – 50 questions: The aspirants will have to write small essays on different topics concerning laws. Legal Aptitude - 45 questions: The aspirants will have to write an essay about Constitutional law of India. Logical Reasoning - 45 question: The aspirants will have to write short essay on the jurisdiction. Reference books: Dr. B. B. CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) is an all India level entrance test which regulated by the Consortium of National Law Universities. This exam will be held for admissions into various UG courses in law. Some good tips for preparation of CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) for admission in UG (Under Graduate) course in Law are as follows: Understand the CLAT syllabus Study the Entire Syllabus Practice Mock Tests Study with prescribed Books only Prepare study Notes Regular Revision Previous Years’ Papers Analysis Time Management Know your Weaknesses and Strengths Know the Exam Pattern Join Coaching Centre Read GK Books Watch News everyday Stop going to Parties Eat good nutritive Food Put off your Mobile CLAT Under Graduate (UG) Exam Pattern Duration: The duration of the examination will be two hours. Number of Questions: 150 questions will be asked in the examination. Type of Questions: The questions will be of objective type (multiple choice questions). Language: The question paper will be asked in English language only. Total Marks: The question paper will be of 200 marks. Marking Scheme: Each question will carry one mark Negative Marking: There will be negative marking process. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. CLAT Syllabus There will be no prescribed CLAT syllabus.
