Haryana PMT Eligibility Conditions

Will you please provide the information regarding the Eligibility Conditions required for the Haryana PMT exam ?

Haryana PMT is a state level examination taken by the Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak Haryana,for admissions to MBBS/BDS in various private and government dental and medical colleges across Haryana.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be a citizen of India.
Applicants must have a domicile of Haryana
For admissions to MBBS and BDS courses the Applicants must pass in the 12th (HSC) class examination with a minimum of 50% of aggregate marks in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology, in case the Applicants belongs to a reserved category this percentage would be 40%.

Selection Process:
Applicants need to fill in Haryana PMT 2014 Application Form and appear in AIPMT 2014 Exam only.
Haryana Government shall be utlizing AIPMT 2014 score card for the counselling procedure.

The reservation will be according to the rules of Haryana Govt. and will be as follows:
OBC: Block A – 16% and Block B – 11%
Scheduled Castes: 20%
Physically Handicapped: 3% including 1% Haryana PMT Reservation of Seats for each blind, hearing impaired and locomotor disability.
The Haryana PMT Reservation of Seats will have 3% horizontal reservation for the Freedom Fighters / Ex – Servicemen and their dependents.

As such there is no separate reservation for girls in Haryana PMT .
