GMVN Cancellation Policy

Can you tell me about the Cancellation Policy of GMVN or Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam Ltd. against a reservation as I want to shift to postpone my tour for a few days?

The cancellation/Refund rules are as follows: -

Refund Rules (From the total Amount of tour)

a) 11 or more days before starting date of tour - 90%

b) 8 or 10 days before the starting date of tour - 75%

c) 4 to 7 days before the starting date of tour - 60%

d) 3 days before the starting date of tour - No Refund


Refund is made after producing original cash receipt and cancellation charges are applicable on the full amount of the ticket.

No refund is made in the eventuality of the tour being cancelled/scheduled due to natural calamities, beyond the control of management.

Any amount either full or part duly sanctioned for refund to tourist/pilgrims is refunded by the office where deposits were made for the package tour reservation.

If one instead of checking in at the reserved destination place reaches elsewhere and request for adjustment of the amount it shall be not entertain.

No refund is made in the eventuality of the tour being cancelled / schedule due to the natural calamities, beyond the control of management.

Service charges are not refundable.

Pickup and dropping in Delhi is at Railway station or Bus stand or PRO Office, if incase if pickup & dropping service is to be provided other than above mentioned places the charges will be extra as per norms.

Terms and Condition Accommodation tariff plan

1. Check in / Checkout time is 12 Noon

2. Reservation is kept till 6 Hrs. from check in time.

3. 100% advance will be required on booking of FITS reservation.

4. Tax and Service charges will be levied as application.

5. Tariff structure and rules are subject to changes without any prior intimation.

Refund

Advance paid is refundable to the tourists on seeking Cancellation of Reservation in the manner and to the extant below: -

(a) 15 days and above 90%

(b) 8 – 14 days 75%

(c) 04 – 07 days 50%

(d) Less than 03 days No refund

Note: - Except S.No. 7 rest of terms and conditions will be applicable for accommodation booking.

Service charges are not refundable

How to cancel the GMVN hotel booking at Sonprayag, on emails I am not getting any reply, and on site I am not able to see my booking?
