RTDC Cancellation Policy

I want to know the cancellation policy of Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) so can you tell me?

Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) is an agency of Government of Rajasthan established in 1978 to develop tourism in the state.

It manages many restaurants, cafeterias, motels and bars.

The Corporation also organizes package tours, fairs, festivals, entertainment, shopping and transport services.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation/Refund Rules is applicable

Tariff & Cancellation rules are subject to revise without prior notice

Taxes on applicable tariff are extra as per Government policy and to be paid by the guest at the time of check out.

Cancellation Charges-

Period Cancellation Charges on Room Tariff

30 Days prior to arrival date 10%

29 Days to 15 Days prior to arrival date 25%

14 Days to 24 hrs prior to arrival date 50%

Within 24 Hrs of arrival date 100%

AMENDMENT and part cancellation in existing booking for rooms, room category are not permissible.

It can be done by canceling the existing booking & book a fresh as per your requirement/choice of room/date.

On cancelled booking, cancellation charges will be applicable as per rules.

No show treated as cancelled and no refund will be made.

Prevailing Tariff & Cancellation Rules will be applicable.
